My wife uses them for incontinence. She wears them all the time, everywhere. She likes the newer, redesigned ones that we just purchased. They don't leak. We will continue to purchase them as long as she needs them.

I've tried many different brands of incontinence underwear each have had their own different issues. One I tried that when you put it on and only been wearing it for maybe 30 minutes the crotch would ALWAYS droop down to my knees so no good, another I tried, once you had it on you couldn't DEPEND on it, It would leak out both sides of the crotch area. Now these Tena  have been the very best of all I have tried and there have been at least 7 I tried. Even on the Tena now there are a few different styles and the very best one I liked is this one Intimates overnight Are the BEST. THEY HAVE SOME MORE STYLISH, some with flower prints on the front, there are a few more but I can't remember every name of the styles they had made. If you buy these intimates ones you shouldn't have any issues with them.

Broke my leg so I now depend on overnights that do not leak. Most importantly I have very sensitive skin and these overnights do not cause my skin to react.

I am so happy to have Tena Overnight Underwear! This brand is far more comfortable and absorbent than any other brand I have tried over the last 49 years.

Best Absorbent Underwear ever!

this is a sensitive style and it actually irritates me or some regular intimates do not.  I was hoping these were going to be what the picture showed. even these are better than most though

Not intimates style

These are definitely NOT overnight! The entire back needs a lot more absorption across to the sides & top of the pant for those patients that are lying down. But they are the better than any other briefs or ones that close with tabs. Tena—Please make a more absorbent pad!

Not very absorbent

Not item pictured. Only lasts about 8 hours but the legs fit is much better than other products. Leaks up the back if on too long soaking my shirt. I think Tena changed this product to sensitive and no longer offer the intimates.

Wrong item pictured

The first thing I noticed was the new packaging, even though the picture that I ordered from still shows the old packaging. This doesn't usually mean much, but in this case, I'm afraid the product itself may have also been changed. These underwear do not seem to be as absorbent as they used to be. I was happy with the product before, but not at all now. My needs have not changed, literally from one day to the next, but unfortunately, the new ones just don't work as well as the previous ones at all. Sadly, I need the overnight absorbency, which is hard to find, and more expensive, but my recent purchase doesn't seem to be any more absorbent than the regular ones. I even checked the package to make sure I received the correct ones. The package does say "Overnight", but they certainly don't perform as well as before. I may have to try a different brand, as I am not at all happy with these.

Very Disappointed

I went by the size chart and ordered extra large.  When I got them they were huge. How do you return an item you ordered for delivery because I want to keep my incontinence private?  I am now forced to keep them and throw them away.

Size chart wrong

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I would not order from this vendor. I had to finally cancel my order and request a refund . It did not ship for two weeks and then kept saying it was coming it another week.  Then I quit receiving updates and there was no tracking. Finally I had to request a refund. They took my money the day of my order and I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund.
