I ordered these as I have a cold with a terrible cough, putting undue pressure on my bladder, which has weakened over the years. Period pads didn't work, but these have been a lifesaver. I ordered an XL as per my usual size, they fit ok but L might have been more form fitting. The fabric is stretchy, comfortable and they provide good coverage. There have been no leaks whatsoever and they are super absorbent. The only downside is, they are very bulky between the legs. I'm only using them for around home, so not a big deal for me (they are in fact designed for "overnight"). They have saved me from accidents and extra laundry while I recover.
For those who require the same protection, these will keep you dry and leak free.

Compared with other products, this is easier to wear without chafing skin in tender areas, it also fits better and is much more absorbent. I’ve used other well known brands but this in my opinion is superior. All Tena products are high quality, fairly priced and work as advertised.

I have uterine fibroids. My monthly ycycle is extremely heavy. I bought these to use with an overnight pad. While waiting for this product to arrive I got a different brand at my local drugstore. Both are size xl. I find these aren’t snug though. They fit but aren’t nice and tight so I feel like I’m wearing a diaper and not panties like the depends do. Yes I know they are in fact, diapers, but you don’t want them to feel as such. Them being less secure also leads to leaks for me. Right up the tailbone area. Kinda defeats the purpose of buying them if you leak. There’s also no lines on the inside so I can’t tell where to put my pad. The depends have a blue “landing strip” so I know approximately where to put my pad. These shred a bit when I peel off the overnight pad. The depends brand that I tried hold up better when transferring old to fresh pads. Might be better for just incontinence but for help with monthly flow…I won’t be purchasing again.
