I suffer from endometriosis and adenomyosis which causes heavy menstrual cycles and a myriad of other symptoms. I usually opt for only using pads as tampons serve no purpose during heavy days. The Tena pads were the perfect size and thickness to help me get through my heaviest days. They were huge, way bigger than my regular pads. I had the most comfortable sleeping experience with these pads. They don't have wings, but they still manage to stay in place pretty well.

They fit well in my underwear and they do not bunch up or shift. They absorb well and they do not leak or cause irritation. They are easy to change and dispose of, and they do not have a strong smell. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and affordable incontinence product. However, I should mention that they are a bit big for petite women, so you might want to try a smaller size or a different brand if you are very slim or short.

These pads initially are fluff and comfortable the 1st time i used bathroom they unstuck from underwear leaving behind the noisy crinkly under cover still attached. What a mess there was cotton middle everywhere. Next time i wore them my son could actually hear the crinkle sound as i walked and asked me if i could hear it too.? How embarrassing.  3rd time wearing the pad, it had worked its way down my pant leg creating a visible bulge at my inner thigh. They may have a brand name, but they are complete junk.. did a man design his because a woman would've thought of these issues

Do NOT buy

I adopted an older dog through a rescue agency. He needs to wear a doggie diaper, which I line with a TENA pad. It is effective for the times he has accidents, and it's just the right size for his doggie wrap.
