This is a quality product and fit well - especially for a person who is large in the stomach and rear end. (This is for an elderly relative. We tried other products such as Depends and they are always too short, so they don't fit the stomach properly and, if you take a larger size, the leg holes become too large and create possible leak areas). So, if you know of someone who is larger in the stomach and rear end you should look at the Tena product because the leg will not be too loose in larger sizes.
