The best I've ever used

Wow. If you deal with incontinence, you know that you're going to HAVE to sleep on a waterproof page because you are going to leak. Day use pads don't hold it and night ones are larger but still…don't work. These giants (I call them mattresses) actually work. They actually hold it all. They are incredibly hard to get in your underwear (yes, regular underwear) because they are so large, they flip and fold over. But once they're in place, they actually work. The only leak I've ever had was when my pajamas got a bit under my underwear waste band and touched the pad…it wicked. Other than that, these are the very first incontinence product that actually did what it said what it would. I have used them all. Even the “diaper” pull on types leaked. This didn't. It's stupid expensive (about a dollar a night for dry sheets) but they're huge. I mean they are LARGE. And did I mentions THEY WORK! So for a buck a night, I don't wake up by an alarm at least twice a night and frantically pull myself up to go to the bathroom - and still end up soaked. With these, I get a full nights sleep. Sometimes they feel like I have concrete underwear because they're so heavy and sometimes they aren't wet at all. But when they are wet, it contains it all. Even when it is full, it doesn't leak out. I'm amazed. Highly recommend if you have problems like I do. I plan on wearing these when I fly later this year. I can't get up and walk to the bathroom so…here's the solution. A weird thing to get excited about unless you e had a problem for years. These are an answer to an age-old problem. And I can mail order them from Walmart. And Amazon. (Walmart is cheaper right now). Thanks Tena. Somebody finally listened to the consumer.

These actually WORK. If you know, you know…

Love this product. Due to several surgerys for cancer, i have no control. I was getting no sleep at night. Always having to replace wet Tena overnight pants and bedding. Even though i try to drink very little after supper there was still an issue. Now i wear a tena overnight pant ,and line it with a proskin night pad. Those pads are waterproof and absorb every drop of moisture. I can now sleep through the night. Even though they are wet in the morning, the proskin material keeps my skin from feeling wet. And the overnight pants are still dry and can be worn that morning. No more wet bedding. Thank you so much for developing products for people with real issues.

I ordered these pads because I was looking for something larger for night time. This pad was huge and was exactly what I needed for night time. Because of its size, there is no tape to stick to your underwear. It stays put. I have to use the bathroom 2 to 3 times each night, and this pad allows me to make it without leaking through. I love these pads and wish I had known about them sooner.

When I found this online, I was really excited to try it! Looking at the shape and size, I thought this would solve my issue of leaks that soak the back of my underwear and pants when I am way from home. When I attempted to put on the 1st one, I realized there was no adhesive to secure them to my underwear. This made it impossible to keep them in place while pulling up my underwear. I tried putting it on using the instructions provided, but that doesn't work for me either! Now I have a bag of pads that are pretty much useless to me and still no solution that will help me.

Didn't work out for me.

I have never had to use this type of incontinence pads or purchase them either. Hard to determine which side goes away and next to the skin. Absorbency not great my sweatpants end up wet the next morning. This product is only temporary for me until my scheduled surgery next month. I believe this package of 24 is the only one I will need. If I end up needing more pads this brand won't be my choice.

Not impressed

DO NOT BUY UNTIL READING ALL REVIEWS! These pads are HUGE!!! They can barely fit in a pair of panties and have no adhesive backing to adhere to your panties to keep them in place. They are 3x the size of the other overnight pads. Buyer beware. I am returning to Walmart for a refund so the $ wasn't a waste. See the pics I am attaching for a good idea of how large these are.

HUGE PADS-NO ADHESIVE BACKING!

Good concept, bad design! Not really any instructions on how to ride this horse! These pads
 are HUGE! nO adhesive to get them to stay in place. I have arthritis In my arm and shoulder and have severe incontinence at night. I cut one up to see if a smaller design would work. It did but very messy  with the absorbent core falling out! Please put more instructions on how to put on.  I'm sure there are a lot of a women out there that would love to have a larger, longer more absorbent Pad for nighttime. But this one ain't it!!
